Universal Loving-Kindness and Integral Assessment

Describe the exercise and assessment process. What did you discover about yourself? What area have you chosen to be a focus of growth and development? Why? What are some specific exercises or activities that you can implement to foster greater wellness in this area?
Practicing the universal loving-kindness exercise has helped me to identify an area of my life that still needs growth and development.
It seems so natural and effortless for me to encourage and be a blessing to others, and yet, in my own personal relationship with my husband, I fall short.  Over the years and through some deep soul searching and my expanded knowledge of meditation, I have noticed tremendous and positive changes in my approach of dealing with life’s difficulty situations and circumstances.  This is the reason why I’ve chosen to focus on integral assessment relies on deep listening and guidance to assist me in fostering greater wellness.
As I seek to improve in this area of my life I shall ask myself, “how can I improve my attitude or action?”  In this way, I am able to gain freedom and human flourishing without becoming a slave to outer experiences.
